The GTA Online “I’m Not a Hipster” Update Is Now Available
Rockstar games has announced their new line of DLC in the form of “I’m Not a Hipster”, where players can express their individualism with new t-shirts, jeans, hairstyles, tattoos, animal masks, and much more, including additions to gameplay that brings alive the Grand Theft Auto Online world even further.Players can now choose 7 new vehicles including the classic rides from the Glendale, Warrener, and the Blade and Rhapsody. All of these cars have great potential that can be unlock with several modifications. And for those who care about the environment can choose from the Panto Microcar, or the massive Dubsta which unlocks at level 100.
Ammu-Nation is also including new items with the vintage pistol and cavalry dagger. GTA Online is also adding brand new jobs for players to experience, with over 12 new missions which include races, death matches, and two new capture modes. New gang attacks will also pop-up in Chumash, East Vinewood, and Mirror Park.
Airwaves (Rank 15, 1-8 Players)
Students of style know that what comes up must go down. Drop 4,370 feet while imagining you’re over all the bands you listen to on Radio Mirror Park, as you twist and turn sharply down to the pond below.
Beach Odyssey (Rank 15, 1-16 Players)
Nothing says artistic credibility like a grainy image of trash next to a burnt out RV, so get your butt off a nice beach, and go to a nasty one. This is a Point to Point Race for Sports Classics starting in Chumash, ending in Sandy Shore, mainly on-road with opportunities to hit top speed.
Before It Was Cool (Rank 15, 1-8 Players)
Any skinny jeans wearer will tell you, sometimes things just don’t fit. Try and squeeze up to eight compact cars around the tight corners of this lap Race in Mirror Park.
Caffeine Rush (Rank 1, 1-8 Players)
If your friends caught you drinking anything except a flat white at an independent coffee house it would be social suicide, but when you need java, you need java. This is a Point to Point Sedan Race from Del Perro to Mirror Park passing by four ‘Cool Beans’ coffee shops.
Contend: Condo-monium (Rank 1, 2-8 Players)
Make a statement about late capitalism or income equality or art or pointless statements or something by trashing condos in Puerto Del Sol. This is a Contend style Capture going for the last of the party supplies in the courtyard between two identical apartment blocks.
East Vinewood LTS (Rank 9, 2-16 Players)
They don’t know how it started, maybe two girls got the same tattoo, or reposted a Snapmatic without giving photo credit. What they do know is sides have been chosen and East Vinewood’s gone to hell in this two team Last Team Standing.
Embracing America (Rank 1, 1-8 Players)
All your friends are going East in search of the last un-gentrified patch of turf in the country, and you’re heading West. Load up a so-uncool-it’s-cool Sedan, and race toward Little Seoul. Lots of straights and a few tight turns at the end of this point to point track.
GTA: Grab a Cab (Rank 1, 2-8 Players)
After twelve hours ‘rolling’ at your local post-industrial techno-house night, your tattooed friends will be too wide-eyed to drive themselves. Pick up some taxis for them in this two team GTA-style Capture based around the Downtown Cab Co depot in East Vinewood.
Hip to be Cool (Rank 1, 1-8 Players)
Because driving around Rockford Hills in nice cars is too mainstream, and going through Vespucci Beach in low riders is kinda yesterday… This Compact class Race takes you back and forth over the Los Santos Freeway and in and out of the Casino parking lot.
Legion Square Survival (Rank 25, 1-4 Players)
Freedom of speech is dead as the cops crack down on Legion Square protesters. Battle the police on foot, in SUVs, and eventually in Buzzard helicopters. And remember that the real bad guys are the bankers looking down on the action from their office windows.
Puerta Del Sol (Rank 1, 2-8 Players)
Every artist wanted to die young, then they wanted to mock their predecessors with an ironic statement about dying young, now it’s a post-ironic statement and they might end up actually dying.
Trend Setting (Rank 1, 1-16 Players)
A Lap circuit Race with muscle cars around Mirror Park for simple people who want to seem complicated.Rockstar is also including ten new game vehicles and several modifications to the gameplay listed below:
Albany Primo
BF Surfer
Bravado Buffalo
Franklin’s Bravado Buffalo S
Bravado Youga
Cheval Picador
Dundreary Regina
Trevor’s Karin Rebel (clean version)
Trevor’s Nagasaki Hot Rod Blazer
Michael’s Obey Tailgater
Pure Gold and Brushed Gold paint colors have been added to LS Customs in the ‘Metals’ category. These unlock at Rank 100.
A new Pure Black window tint has been added to LS Customs, along with four new jazzy vehicle horns (including one which loops and speeds up / slows down as you drive).Players will no longer be charged Insurance costs if their vehicle is destroyed by another player who does not have enough GTA$ to pay.
Fixed an issue where, if an insured Personal Vehicle was destroyed, both parties had to pay the insurance costs.
Fixed an issue where some four-wheel drive vehicles had reverted to two-wheel drive.
Players are now able to bookmark Jobs whilst in a Playlist from the Pause menu.
Tear Gas now does more damage and lasts longer.
A small tick has been added to the first screen in the corona if a player has played a Job before, much like in the pause menu or Next Job Voting Screen.
The level of difficulty is now displayed when pressing D-pad down when playing Missions. For the list of all the complete changes to the game, visit the Rockstar support site, and look for details about updates during the weekend.

Toby Clench wrote a new post, Nintendo E3 2014 Press Conference Recap , on the site Einfo Games 12 years ago
New Ways To Play at the Nintendo E3 2014 Press Conference
Over the past few years Nintendo haven’t announced anything big, per-say but they always manage to announce something interesting and appealing to players of all ages and with many gamers assuming that Nintendo were not going to hold a press conference this year: Nintendo came out with a funny and witty press conference whilst also announcing some new games and hardware like the “Amiibo”.
Amiibo
Amiibo was definitely the most notable point about the Nintendo E3 2014 press conference as it is going to be a major player in Nintendo’s first party games and will hopefully be opened up to third party developers over the coming year. Amiibo is an action figure – like what Disney Infinity uses – but for multiple games; you can take your Amiibo into five different games where you can grow and improve their skills!
Around 10 figures are set to be available at launch with Super Smash Bros. set to be the first game to support Amiibo. Other games including: Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Mario Party 10 and Yoshi’s Woolly World will have Amiibo support.
Mario Maker (Working title)
Mario Maker was yet another surprise announcement at the Nintendo E3 2014 conference as in all the years that we have been able to play Mario games, not once have we been able to create full levels ourselves but now: Nintendo are giving players the opportunity to do so with the arrival of Mario Maker.
Yoshi’s Woolly World
One of everyone’s most favourite characters from the world of Mario is: Yoshi and now he has his own game too! Yoshi’s Woolly World is a game focussing on similar elements to Mario Bros. where you can explore different worlds alone or with a co-op partner but this is not your ordinary exploration game – oh no! Yoshi’s world is all made of wool!
From the platforms to the pipes to Yoshi himself: all made out of wool. The game looks insanely fun to play with the ability to eat your co-op partner and spit them back out to get them to higher positions looks like a lot of fun.
Plenty of other games were announced at the Nintendo E3 2014 conference including:
Art Academy (working title) (Wii U)
Bayonetta 2 (Wii U)
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (Wii U)
Hyrule Warriors (Wii U)

Matthew Harwood wrote a new post, Crea Review, on the site Einfo Games 12 years ago
Crea is an indie game developed by Siege Games which was on Kickstarter in July 2012 which had a goal of $15,000 but instead got $27,870. On first glance you may assume it’s a Terraria clone, however after playing it for a while you’ll soon learn why that’s not true. The game is targeted towards people that enjoy the idea of creating your own little base or fortress in games such as Minecraft and Terraria, however this game adds more to the adventure side of things by adding several RPG elements and nice touches which make your time playing Crea much more enjoyable.
Crea is what all early access games should be like.
Crea is quite creative in it’s own way, it adds many elements that games like Terraria or Starbound are missing right now, such as the streamlined use of items or having the ability to research specific materials so you can find more uses for them and many more. There is also a story behind Crea which is told through item descriptions but unfortunately I wasn’t able to find much out in-game due to limited time. However with the mod-support which this game has, players will have no issue with running out of things to do due to the up-coming support of Steam Workshop.
Crea paces like many other sandbox games, you start off designing your character which is rather limited at this point in time, and once the world loads the map you’re thrown in. Crea does offer a tutorial which does simply tell the player what button does what, it could be expanded to explain how to use certain items like the research table as it would save a bit of unnecessary fiddling about, unless I’m just horrible at the game. You’ll know what enemies are too tough for you unless you’re feeling a bit brave due to a levelling system which I adore, this is the first sandbox game where magic isn’t a pain to use and I enjoy using.

Everything you do gives you exp, but you can gain specific exp through doing certain tasks. For example, you gain magic exp for using offensive spells, or crafting exp for crafting several items. This gives the player a reason to explore and fight enemies instead of avoiding everything as enemies will come at you in more numbers if left to populate. It adds a whole new reason for me to go into caves and beat everything to a pulp and once you get enough exp in a specific tree you can spend those points on certain skills like having a better fire spell or faster mining.
The crafting and researching is another important aspect of the game, and they work together, you can’t just have crafting as you need to research some materials to actually build new items. To research an item you would have to place a material onto the on-screen box and simply hit research, this then gives you new items to craft. I was extremely surprised with the sheer amount of things to make, it gave me more of an incentive to go and explore to see what new items I can create. Crea does something that other sandbox games don’t and it’s keep me entertained and wanting to play, I’ve mentioned that Crea gives the player a lot of incentive to play and keeps me hooked to a point where I lose track of time, I could go on about the amount of things to do, but that would take me a while.
Crea has a charming appearance and style that other sandbox games don’t really provide, it’s joyful and it’s pleasant to look at and it’s a welcoming change from all the boring brown colour pallets that developers love these days. The soundtrack is also decent, it goes very well with the style of the game, there were no tracks that stood out to me but I enjoyed it regardless. The menus in-game are also easy to understand and can be moved across your screen so you can place your inventory items into the research slot. However there were some bugs that I ran into as when I launch the game it seems like clicking anything will make it crash until the menu has loaded and another where my game randomly closed, however this was just an inconvenience as the game picked up from where it crashed.
Crea is picks up the slack that other 2D Sandbox games didn’t.

When it comes to the lifespan of a game, I tend to run out after a few points, especially with early access games. However with Crea I don’t have this issue. The alpha of Crea has more than enough features to hold off current fans of the game and if the developers consistently add features and iron out the bugs then it will succeed and with the extensive mod support then Crea will end up having an endless amount of features to appeal to all players.
Crea is definitely your monies worth, it’s around £10 which is significantly cheaper than most early-access games. I enjoyed Crea because I tend to play a lot of sandbox style games but I get bored after half an hour and I was glad that I was able to play Crea without forcing myself through it. I can see Crea succeeding among other games of similar style, it manages to feel unique among other sandbox games and sets it apart from the crowd.
With the abundant amount of features, you’ll still be finding out new things by the time the key updates are released. It may start off a bit slow but once you’ve managed to craft some good gear and explore the deepest levels of the map, you’ll be glad to have purchased this game.

The Sims 4 Release Date Has Been Announced For September 2nd 2014.
At EA’s annual E3 conference, the team finally revealed the release date for the highly-anticipated Sims 4. The release date, for the Sims 4, has been announced as September 2nd 2014; the game will release worldwide spanning multiple consoles.
The partnership between EA and Maxis, the developer behind the popular simulation game: The Sims, has been a long and lasting partnership for many years and are always surprising players with new and exciting features in each iteration of The Sims.During EA’s E3 2014 conference, EA showcased those new and exciting features for The Sims 4. One of the most notable implementations, in The Sims 4, is the more life-like element to the game with your Sim’s having different facial expressions as well as each Sim having different attitudes which can be reflected in the day-to-day lives of every Sim in your game.
The Sims 4 is a vast improvement from its predecessor as the updated game engine allows for improved graphics and playability as well as the integration of a gallery. The new gallery enables you to view homes and Sims created by other players; not only can you view them but you can import other player’s Sim’s into your game where you can interact and communicate with them too!
With the Sims being an established franchise, The Sims 4 can only please the players even more than the previous Sims games have and with the implementation of an overhauled ‘Build Mode‘, what more can players ask for in the upcoming Sims 4?
