Pop quiz: What force will not die even if you shoot bullets at a swarm of it, light them on fire with gasoline or napalm, or even sick your plants at them? If you guessed zombies – then you would be wrong, as I was referring to the zombie IP! That’s right, there is another zombie game coming out with the undead looking for brains, and this time they need to be blown up with bombs. LOTS of bombs. In fact, that is your only method of slaying Zombies and protecting innocents in Bomb the Zombies.
Net Mobile AG, creators of Astral Commander and Greedy Pigs, released the casual strategy puzzle game for iOS and Android. in Bomb the Zombies, players must throw bombs in this physics puzzle game to defeat miniature zombies while protecting innocents. Bomb the Zombies will be free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and will provide hours of fun and challenging gameplay suitable for any age. There will be 6 worlds to explore, from sprawling Metropolis cities to Pirate Bay (no, not the one where you torrent software – an ACTUAL pirate bay).
Aim your bombs carefully so you can knock over walls to squish the zombies – or just blow them up, since you are tossing around grenades, TNT sticks, and a variety of explosive ammo. Be careful of how you toss the bombs though, as there are innocent hostages that need to be kept safe to maximize your score. Advance through 90 challenging levels with a global high score system, and you will have several hours of fun while zombies blow up around you.
Even if we throw bombs at anthropomorphic undead versions of us, I doubt killing lots of zombies in Bomb the Zombies will end the zombie IP. But if you are looking for a casual, physics-puzzle game where you want to see cartoonish zombies in pirate outfits get blown up with weapons of mass destruction, then you can’t go wrong with this game being free.
