SPARTACUS LEGENDS – EINFO GAMES REVIEW
Description: Spartacus Legends is the most recent free to download game to be released and it comes from Ubisoft. It is based on the Spartacus TV series and players can buy weapons and armour in-game with real money, but you will also get in-game currency to buy them later on.
Hexic HD
Description: You may remember Hexic HD because this was the game that might have come free on your Xbox. The game is the opposite of swapping pieces like in Bejeweled, instead you are rotating them to get a match of three.
Happy Wars
Description: Happy Wars is one of the first games that was ever released for free on Xbox Live as long as you were a Xbox Live gold member. It is also the first game on XBLA that allows you to use real money to buy power-ups but if you play long enough you should be fine.
Doritos Crash Course
Description: Have you ever looked at your avatar and though to yourself that maybe they need a little platforming action? Well if so, both of the Doritos Crash Course games which just so happen to be platformers!
Doritos Crash Course 2
Description: Doritos Crash Course 2 is the sequel to the XBLA smash hit Doritos Crash Course. Run, jump, slide and wall jump your Avatar through 4 new worlds of irreverent obstacles, traps and pitfalls. In this 2.5 platformer, compete for medals and find stars to progress.
Harm’s Way
Description: Like Doritos before it, Harm’s Way, was a winner of the 2010 Doritos “Unlock Xbox” competition but while Crash Course is a platformer, Harm’s Way is a racer with the difference being that your partner’s artillery is littered around the tracks in order to blow your competition away.
Aegis Wing
Description: Aegis Wing is a free to play side scrolling shooter that was created by Microsoft interns. It is a bit like Sin Mora in the case that your piloting a single ship against an army, in this case an Araxian invasion. You can also play Aegis Wing co-op if you want to even the odds a little.
Free Xbox 360 Games for Kinect
Intel Discovered
Intel Discovered is a 30 minute long free to download title where Chris Evens (Captain America) teaches you how to be a superhero while Chanel Iman teaches you in the art of the model and Redfoo (LMFAO) teaches you how to, as they put it, “rock the party”. On the plus side these 30 minutes will earn you 400 Gamerscore.
Mars Rover Landing
Mars Rover Landing puts you in control of the landing of the Curiosity rover onto Mars and the only thing that you can use to aid your landing is the Kinect so good luck. Completing this task will unlock Mars related achievements as well as the ability to dress your avatars in Mars themed clothing.
Air Band
Air Band is exactly what you would expect it to be with a name like that as the Kinect senor helps turn your living room into a stage as the Kinect supply’s you with the instruments while you go nuts.
Kinect Party
Kinect Party comes to us from Double Fine and is a game based entirely on the concept on being more about fun then winning. An example of this is that you shout “hey television” to bring up the menu. The game comes with five free channels to play in but you do have to pay for the rest but it’s still worth a shot if you want to try something a little different with your Kinect.
