Making a splash: Sprinkle Islands lands on iOS and Android devices

The latest adventures of Ouie the fire-fighting Titan is available now!

The independent mobile games studio, Mediocre, that brought you the classics, Sprinkle and Granny Smith has just revealed the release of Sprinkle Islands, which is available right now on iOS and Android devices. Following the popular puzzler of 2011, Sprinkle, Sprinkle Islands appeals to mobile gamers everywhere, the same fantastic water physics and fire fighting drama.

Sprinkle Islands can be downloaded today for only $1.99 on Google Play Market and the iTunes App Store.

In Sprinkle Islands, gamers will be challenged to solve more complicated and longer puzzles with Ouie and his fire truck. You will have at your disposal some of the finest water physics around on mobile devices in order to negotiate obstacles, buttons and elevators (to name a few) to extinguish the raging fires and rescue Titan’s defenceless citizens.

si2Some of Sprinkle Island’s features include:

    • Four unique island environments with 48 levels for many hours of exciting challenges.
    • A fire truck in action for longer, more exciting puzzles and complicated blockages.
    • Exhilarating aquatic boss clashes at the finish of each island, are a new feature of Sprinkle.
    • The incredible water physics make a comeback! The original Sprinkle raised the bar for water in mobile gaming. Sprinkle Islands builds on this with vast oceans, pools and floating items.
    • Smoother, easier touch mechanics to put players in more control of the stream of the water cannon.
