Score high in Alien Rage and Win an Alienware PC featuring a 4th Generation i7
In the old days of the arcade, high scores were the currency of respect. In its current contest, CI Games and ROCCAT aim to recapture this classic way of determining who is the best player by hosting the Alien Rage Against Your Machine Video contest. The contest is solely determined by the highest score attained in the second level of the PC/Xbox 360/PS3 game Alien Rage.
To enter the contest, players should record their playthrough of the second level and upload it to YouTube. The difficulty level must be set at Challenging. Make sure that the phrase “Alien Rage Against Your Machine” appears in the description so that the judges can find the video. The video should start at the second level loading screen and should go through to the level summary (with the score screen).
The contest will run through November 13th at 11:59 PM PST, so get though those runs up on YouTube. The highest scoring run will win a new Alienware X51 PC, featuring the new 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor. Check out the contest information at the Alien Rage website to get started. In addition to the grand prize, gaming accessories from ROCCAT will be given out to the five most “liked” videos on the Alien Rage Facebook page. Some of the accessories given out will be the Kulo Stereo headset, Kone Pure Optical mouse, and the Pure Color edition mouse.
CI Games will also pick a weekly Developers’ Choice award. Winners of this award will get a life-size Alien Rage rifle replica, perfect for any gaming room. So get going with those speed runs and good luck with the contest!
