Build It! Miami Beach Resort takes place over 60 levels and six decades. The game starts in 1920 and over the next six decades you’ll move from building small bungalows to glittering hotels. There are 18 different buildings to construct and using these buildings you have to design the perfect tourist trap.The buildings themselves are based on three different categories based on their use. They are leisure, lodging and recreational and without one the other two will fail.
To get be bigger buildings you need to move through the decades and to do this you’re going to need to beat the missions. All of the missions are based on getting a certain amount of tourist satisfaction, money and attractiveness levels.
The problems with this come from the fact that to reach a high enough satisfaction you’re going to need recreational areas but these don’t make income and you need to take repairs, deliveries among others into account that will drain your resources. As you move through the decades you’ll get stricter conditions to add to your game after your city has been built meaning you may have to make changes to your perfect little city.
Build It! Miami Beach Resort isn’t like other strategy/ building simulators however because if you want the expert times you’re going to need to clear each mission before July 2nd despite the fact that you have a year to clear the game.
