Teams from across Europe will battle it out in the Call of Duty Ghosts European Championship.
Twenty six Call Of Duty competitive teams are piling into London for the finals of the Call Of Duty Ghosts European Championship. The grand prize is not only a whopping €15,000 ($20,566.50, £12,321.90) but Activision will allow the eight teams that scrabble their way to the top to compete in the upcoming global Call Of Duty Championships presented by Xbox in California.
The Venue
The teams coming from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and the rest of
Europe will be fighting it out in one of England’s most iconic sports venues, Twickenham Stadium. The action will start on the first of March and will follow into the next day. As the tournament progresses, skill (or luck) will sculpt the teams down into eight, then four, then one. Eight of the twenty-six teams are from the home team (England) and will be duking it out especially hard because as well as the eight teams from the rest of Europe that go to the global championships, four of the English teams will be there regardless so the sparks are flying high which should make for some tense games and amusing train wrecks of rage quits.
