Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Vengeance
Players will be transported to four new locations around the world which include, a lush tropical island, a damaged bridge, paintball course, and the deep jungles of Myanmar. Vengeance will also include a new addition to the zombies game type with “Buried,” a map set in the old west near a mining town, where zombies roam the land.

When its difficult to see the line between playtesting and leisurely gaming around the studio, it’s a sure sign that we’ve created something fun with Vengeance. From the four multiplayer maps to our new zombies experience, ‘Buried,’ Vengeance continues doing what we set out to accomplish from the very beginning of development on Call of Duty: Black Ops II: pushing the boundaries of fans’ expectations.”
Call of Duty: Black Ops II: Vengeance will deliver four new maps starting with the “Cove,” where players will be able to fight each other on a small tropical island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, with the wreckage of a jet that crash landed during a smuggling operation. “Detour,” is a destroyed bridge, hanging above the east coast, tattered with broken vehicles and debris. “Rush,” is the optimal map for close quarters combat, using the setting of a run down paintball course, and “Uplink,” the last map in the DLC pack, a remake of the fan-favorite map “Summit” from the first Call of Duty: Black Ops, where players can once again explore the jungles.
The zombies game type will once again expand with the new map, “Buried,” where players will meet old favorites and be introduced to new ones. The Undead will overrun an old mining town in the old west with new options for the arsenal and a new addition – a new weapon that will appear in all zombie maps (With the purchase of Vengeance): The Ray Gun Mark II.
