The first video of the new Sherlock Holmes game has surfaced Crimes and Punishments: Sherlock Holmes. The new game will be coming out for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
Last shown at E3 in Los Angeles last month, and wowing the crowd, a new video will show new details about Crime and Punishments: showing new crime scenes, suspects to investigate, and Sherlock Holmes more determined then ever. Players will be able to dive back in time to London, and explore the world through the eyes of one of the most famous detectives.
Crime and Punishments, features one of the most significant changes in the series of games by switching from the previous in-house engine to Unreal Engine 3, allowing for better environments and more detailed characters to interact with. All of this is seen in the new teaser video just released by Frogware.
Another new feature added by changing the engine has allowed for new investigation techniques and 14 in game mechanics. Starting from the beginning of the investigations to the arrest of the suspects and the moral choices the player must choose, the new game gives the feeling of being in the shoes of Sherlock Holmes. In the game players can use these talents to come to conclusions of a characters life by observing them. He may also study a crime scene by reviewing the evidence before him.
