Today Square Enix announced that Deus Ex: The Fall will be coming to iOS devices this Thursday, July 11th, 2013.
Deus Ex: The Fall won seven “Best Mobile/iOS Game” awards at E3 2013, and can now be your for $6.99/£4.99/5.99€ from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, or at www.AppStore.com.
Developed by Square Enix’s Mobile division in Europe, in collaboration with the original Deus Ex: Human Revolution team at Eidos-Montréal and N-Fusion, Deus Ex: The Fall is a full story driven action-RPG. It is also the first in the Deus Ex series to be developed exclusively for mobile and tablet devices.
As always, there are some early generation Apple products that won’t support the game. In fact, Deus Ex: The Fall is only compatible with the iPad 2 and above, the iPhone 4S and above, and the iPod Touch 5 and above.

*Writers Opinion*
Deus Ex looks pretty impressive on the iPad, and judging from the trailer it looks like Square Enix and Eidos nailed the atmosphere. It just looks like Deus Ex; though it will be tough to not play as Adam Jensen. Although I swear I saw a quick cameo somewhere, or maybe you only see what you want to see. The game does not come out of left field though. In fact it takes place after the novel Deus Ex: Icarus Effect, which looks like a good read!
