The much anticipated title by Atlus and Vanillaware released yesterday on August 6th. The game is available for Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, and the PSN stores. Dragon’s Crown is a 2-D multiplayer game built around beautiful visuals. The game is $49.99 for the PS3 and $39.99 for the Vita version.
A theme for the Playstation 3 is available on the store for $1.99 starting today. PSN avatars of the characters will also be available for 49 cents each later this month. For a limited time purchases of the Dragon’s Crown, will include the art books, a 64 page full color production from Vanillaware, as well as guest art from popular artists such as BENGUS, Gouda Cheese, and Kinu Nishimura.
DLC for the game will be free for the first month. The DLC is a voice pack that replaces the narrators voice with any of the six characters. The voice pack is free until it reverts back to its $1.99 value.
Dragon’s Crown features a new skill system that customizes player styles, a new quest system that unlocks in-game art, and an expansive loot system that increases with better rewards on higher difficulties. The game is cross-save compatible and can be played with local, Online, and AI players. The game is well over 100 hours worth of content to clear the game.
