On October 18, 2012 independent game development company, EXOR Studios were proud to publicize that Zombie Driver HD is now available on Xbox Live arcade and Stream 800 Microsoft Points/$9.99. A new trailer has been release showcasing all the zombie annihilation and non-stop action.
Zombie Driver was originally release on the PC in December 2009. Now Zombie Driver HD will expand and improve on the original title. The updated version will include more than three times the content of the original. And good news for those that own the first Zombie Driver, because you purchase the game at a 50 percent discount.
The PlayStation 3 on Zombie Driver HD is currently in the final stages of development and a release date will soon be mention to the public. The Android version for Nvidia Tegra devices on Google Play have been rescheduled for release next week.
There will be many differences between the PC version and HD version. The new HD version will increase the mission count from 17 to 31 with more gameplay value; The HD will include multiple objectives like defending against waves of zombies, epic boss battles, driving unique vehicles like the military truck, tank, or bulldozer. Introduction of new zombie classes and better pacing are also included in this new version.
Zombie Driver HD will feature a large city overview for players and three upgrades for all featured weaponry.
The story mode, which was only 4 or 5 hours in the original, extends to around 8-12 depending on the player.
