As the free-to-play industry continues to grow and cross geographic borders, renowned Korean studio KOG will be making its presence in Latin American with its game, Elsword.
Kille3rCombo, publisher of these online games, announced that Latin America will receive its own service for the anime-inspired action MMORPG beginning on June 19.
“We are thrilled to expand Elsword into Latin America. Truly, after years of refinement, Elsword is the best it’s ever been. Kill3rcombo was founded in 2010 to bring KOG’s award-winning games to the West. Having built the company through two years of publishing Elsword in North America, we look forward to sharing our passion for Elsword so gamers in Latin America will have great fun playing it.” – Eugene Kim, CEO of Kill3rCombo.
Kill3rCombo will provide the services in the Spanish speaking region.
Elsword offers players “a chance to star in their own manga.” It provides players with both a massive Player vs. Environment (PvE) world to explore, as well as a skill-based Player vs. Player (PvP) mode.
In Elsword, players choose from six specialized and customizable characters as they battle through the world and complete dynamic quests. Players can enhanced their characters’ fighting styles by upgrading to new job classes, learning new abilities and mastering combo attacks.
The game supports solo missions and a cooperative party of up to four players. It has recently added six new classes as part of the “Elsword Transformation campaign.”
