Eurogamer Expo 2012 Expects Sell Out

The Eurogamer Expo starts late September, 2012, and it has already sold over 20,000 tickets. The number is still growing as more gamers in Europe line up to visit the place. Numerous events will be available to gamers, such as demos for major games from Ubisoft or Square-Enix, along with live developer panels answering their questions.

“This is the biggest and best Eurogamer Expo we have ever put together and tickets are selling much faster than they have in previous years,” said David Lilley, Eurogamer Events Director. “We still have tons of amazing content announcements to make, but we recommend people pick up their tickets soon to avoid missing out.”

So far gamers are promised playable demos from major games announced at E3 2012. Players can expect to swing around in snow-covered trees in Ubisoft’s demo for Assassin’s Creed III. Or they can try surviving in the woods as Lara Croft’s first adventure in the reboot to the Tomb Raider series, provided by Square-Enix. There will be more games provided as free demos at the Eurogamer Expo 2012, and the list of games keeps growing!

The developers of famous games will be at the Eurogamer Expo 2012, being the biggest developer session schedule ever. Gamers can ask these developers questions on the progress to their favorite games. Later, patient gamers will be treated with a presentation of the developers work along with showing where their favorite games are in development.

Aside from letting players talk with developers or play demos for eagerly anticipated games, gamers can also enjoy numerous social activities at Eurogamer Expo 2012. There will be an Indie Games Arcade, a retro gaming area, and a dedicated PC zone. Cosplay and community meet-ups are highly encouraged at this expo, along with tournaments being held that could win you great prizes. There will also be a Games Industry Fair at the expo, where gamers can find recruiters to major game developers looking for work in the game industry.

Tickets for the Eurogamer Expo 2012 are still on sale at their Web site. The expo will start late September 2012.
