Today Codemasters release the last developer diary video featuring two brand new game modes featured in F1 2012, Season Challenge and Champions mode. F1 2012 was recently released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 video game and entertainment system; and for Windows PC.
The new developed diary will also dive deeper in the five year career mode and Multiplayer choices. The video diary is currently available at Formula1-game.com
The season challenge mode will allow players to player through an entire FORMULA ONE career in just 10 speedy races. Players will start off on a low ranking team, and then have the option to pick a rival. If they were to defeat that rival in a race they will have the option to use their rival’s care in a race.
It’s about trying to replicate that career experience you had over a number of years in our previous games into condensed format, said Stephen Hood", Creative Director for F1 2012.
Discussing Championship Mode, Hood said “With six FIA FORMULA ONE DRIVERS’ WORLD CHAMPIONS on the grid this year we thought it would be interesting if we made a scenario –based mode about trying to beat each of the champions across increasingly difficult challenges".
An F1 set to be accessible to all players of varies experiences. F1 2012 will allow players to feel a unmatched thrill of becoming a professional F1 driver by delivering many new features to enjoy, gameplay advancements, and extensive competitive and co competitive multiplayer components.
F1 2012 will feature all the official teams, and will include the F1 United States GRAND PIX and the comeback of Germany’s historically famous Hockenheim circuit.
