Well this is a first
For the first time in this industry as the Final Fantasy X / X-2 Remaster Launch Event will be taking place at the Gallery Nucleus in Los Angeles. The event will put the artwork on display as it will run from March 15th to the 26th exhibit will open to the public from 2:00 pm.

To celebrate the opening of the exhibits opening, the first night will host a gala which will feature Producer Yoshinori Kitase and the Art Director Yusuke Naora. They’ll be signing copies of the Limited Edition and Collectors Edition of the PS3 and PlayStation Vita copies which will be available on sale three days prior to the official release.
But wait the artwork won’t be returning back to Japan with Yusuke Naora because fans going to the event will be able to bid on the displayed pieces and all money made will go to charities dedicated to helping the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan.
Now when it comes to HD remakes, sometimes there are cases where the HD remakes are barely improved graphically but along with the exhibits there will be playable units with both the original and the HD Remaster. Again that’s probably a first for Gallery Nucleus as well a themed photo booth.
Final Fantasy X/ X- 2 Remaster is due out on March 18th in the States and the 21st in Europe along with content never released outside Japan.
