The Beta version of R2Games and Elex Excalibur now available on Android
Recently the Google Play market saw the inclusion of the Beta version of the first mobile side scrolling MMORPG title Excalibur by joint publishers R2Games and Elex.
I don’t care what you say, I’m not cleaning this up.
Excalibur is a Free-To-Play title that takes place in the world of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Excalibur gives you three character classes to choose from with the Knight, Assassin and the Wizard and the gameplay is a mixer of MMO and old-school beat-em ups.
While three classes may seem a little small R2Games has also announced that soon the Archer class will be available for players who would rather deal with enemies before they get too close.
As one of the three (soon to be four) classes you’ll have to go on an adventure to save Britain but while you can off to seek glory yourself, you can also team-up with other players for co-op questing as well as join guilds or if working with other players isn’t for you, you can also fight other players in PvP.
As of now Excalibur is available for download on Google Play. Excalibur is also due to be released for iOS platforms this October.
