Gadget Show Live 2013 returns this Easter (April 3-7) with gaming celebrities, new video games, and tournaments. Last falls Gadget Show Live in London was a big hit and coming up in April at the NEC Birmingham be ready for another giant gaming extravaganza.
A few of the top names in gaming will be in attendance at this years Gadget Show Live 2013 including; Capcom, Epic Games, Turtle Beach and Cooler Master.
Capcom is known for many games including MegaMan and Street Fighter and at this years show they are featuring their newest titles called Remember Me, Resident Evil Revelations, and Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen. The last title I am very excited for and cannot wait to hear what they have to say about it.
Epic Games of course brought us the Gears of War series and the great and talented Cliff Bleszinski. They will be featuring the Make Something Unreal Live tournament which will involve four teams of up and coming game developers that will be pitted against each other live on stage with the help of gaming gods and mentors. The winner will be awarded with the entire Unreal Engine 4 licence. That is unreal. See what I did there?
The show will also play host to YouTube gaming celebrities Ali-A and KSI as they show off their skills. A £10,000 cash prize will be awarded to the winners of the eSports Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournament that takes place April 5-7.
This GSL is looking to be fantastic. Battlefield Live will be debuting their own tactical battle scenarios. Igloo is bringing their 360 degree gaming dome that puts the player right in the game surrounding them with 360 degrees of sound and gaming experience.
