SiNG PARTY – Unleash your inner rockstar

Get ready to rock with the latest game entitled SiNG PARTY, a party game for the Wii U console, will make you sing your lungs out.

Set to be released throughout Europe on January 18th 2013. This game will combine singing and dancing making it a fun filled time with friends and family. Songs range from classic party jams as well as the more modern songs to make sure everyone will want to join in the fun.

Many modes will grace SiNG PARTY, creating fun for a long time. Sing Mode will have a player read song lyrics on the TV screen while your vocal skills will be analyzed with feedback coming right away. Pitch isn’t the only thing that you will be judge on but Power and Flair will give you points as well. Sing those songs how you want either alone or with a partner using the Duet mode.

SiNG PARTY also plays host to a Party Mode and is what this game is all about. Holding the microphone in hand the lead sing doesn’t look at the TV but will look at the Wii U for lyrics and performance cues. The singer will be able to interact with the audience and can also become part of the party by following the directions on the TV screen. The Wii Remote can also be used to make instrument sounds like a cowbell.

Grab your best friend and jump into Team Mode, which will allow you to battle others across many game types. Compete for the solo or hit the notes together by creating your own pop group but the judge will decide who wins. Using the GamePad audience members will be able to also vote for who they think rocked it.

The creator of SiNG PARTY is FreeStyleGames, who are the geniuses behind the DJ Hero sweires. Creative Director for the company, Jamie Jackson, said, “It has been an incredible privilege to work side by side with Nintendo.” Using their DJ Hero experience the developers hope to create something new, fun and for everyone.

If you sing in the shower then SiNG PARTY will bring you in front of the TV and others to perform in front of. Bundled with one microphone and having support for a second one, the game will launch on January 18th 2013. Check out more details here.
