KOG and Clever Communications to promote ElswordKOG Games, publisher of hit MMORPGs like Elsword, have today announced that the company Clever Communications will be its new agency of record. This move comes after the acquisition of  the publisher Kill3rCombo by the Korean developer KOG, who are responsible for MMORPGs like Elsword, Grand Chase and Fighter’s Club.  Following this acquisition, Kill3rCombo have changed their brand name to KOG-LU.

Won Lee, CEO of KOG Games is “excited to announce” the new partnership, and is confident that in light of its “reputation for being a pte-eminant PR agency” Clever will effectively manage the marketing of Elsword. Mika Kelly, the owner of Clever Communications says that the company is “anxious to jump onboard and capitalise on Elsword’s strong fan base”, strengthening the brand strategy of the game. Clever is also looking forward to using its existing ties to video game media to expand the audience of the MMORPG.

 

Elsword GameplayThe wildly popular Elsword puts players in an immersive world where they can choose to control one of six specialised characters. As the player battles various enemies and undergoes a range of dynamic quests, they will be able to customise their character. The fighting style of each character can be evolved through the learning of powerful abilities and the mastering of various combo attacks. As the player progresses, they can also upgrade to new job classes.

Elsword is designed to appeal to all skill levels, and as such features a control system that is both intuitive and straight forward, making it easy for players to get into the game as they battle in solo missions or in parties of up to four. For the more experienced gamer, Elsword also features exciting PvP combat.
