NGames announces the Dark Alliance and Black Market events are coming to the Warfare Open Beta!
Today NGames announced they are releasing two new in-game events for their Strategy-Simulation game, Warfare. The new content, which will only be available for a limited time, follows on the heels of the game’s December 10th open beta launch.
For those unfamiliar with Warfare, the free-to-play game plunges players deep into the heart of war and challenges them to use team-based tactics and strategy to survive. Players will manage armed forces, develop a mini-country through city-building, challenge other players, and more.
The new content titled “The Black Market” and “Dark Alliance Attack” are quite different from one another. In fact, the black market content is just like what it sounds like. It’s a marketplace that has incredible deals and daily sales on items that normally cost real cash, but here you can get them for in game gold. Catch is it’s only around for the next 7 days. Then it disappears and reappears at random.
The Dark Alliance Attack content on the other hand casts a shadowy NPC player who starts a maniacal 7 day countdown clock. During the countdown players must prepare for a relentless attack from the NPC if they hope to survive.
It’s also helpful to know that the short beta will end on Monday December 16th, which will in turn cause all player data to reset in anticipation for the game’s actual release later that day. More information on Warfare can be found on the game’s official Site: http://www.playwarfare.com.
