Rockstar Games’ Max Payne 3 will release 4 multiplayer maps in the Hostage Negotiation DLC coming this fall.
The Max Payne 3 Hostage Negotiation Pack DLC will contain 4 new maps all designed for epic online action along with a few new items and weapons. The DLC will feature a new avatar faction called the Filhos De Ogum.
The new maps coming out in Max Payne 3’s Hostage Negotiation Pack will contain the all new Favela Heights and the O Palácio Strip Club map where the new faction, Filhos De Ogum battles it out against the U.F.E. These maps also contain all new, detailed Favela territories.
The Club Moderno and Estádio Do Galatians maps are designed to provide intense nightclub and stadium battles similar to Max’s other conflicts with São Paulo's dangerous groups such as the Comando Sombra and the Crachá Preto.
The Hostage Negotiation Pack will include a range of new items for gamers to use. Two new weapons: the M24 Sniper Rifle and the IA2 Assault Rifle will be released for players to use online. New features such as the Explosive Burst for explosive booby traps, a bomb suit to protect against explosive damage, and the Intimidation Mask to cause slower reload times for your enemies will also be included.
The Max Payne 3 Hostage Negotiation Pack will be available later this fall for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC.
The pack will cost 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE, £7.99 on PlayStation Network and PC. Rockstar Pass owners will receive the DLC and all future packs for free.
As Rockstar Games apologizes for the delayed release of the DLC packs for Max Payne 3, they will be releasing additional content. A free all-new chrome weapons bonus for Rockstar Social Club members will be free of charge.
