Metro: Last Light “Developer Pack” released

The new DLC for Metro: Last Light known as the “Developer Pack” was released today on Xbox Live, PSN and will be available in Europe on September 18th. The third DLC pack adds a new kit for new game play. The features include:

  • Players can experiment with every gun and attachment combination in the Shooting Range, and complete unique marksman challenges for each weapon
  • The AI Arena allows players to pit customisable squads of human soldiers and mutants against each other, or prove themselves in several challenges
  • Lastly, players can explore Metro’s cast of characters, and human and mutant foes, up close in the ‘Metro Museum’

img8912_02The new DLC will also include a brand new single player mission – The Spider’s Nest – that will pit players against a nest of spiders with only a lighter and the new flamethrower to escape from the catacombs. The Developer Pack will cost $3.99 / £3.19 / €3.99 and is the third of the planned four DLC’s which can be purchased at a discount with the season pass for just $14.99 / £11.99 / €14.9.

The fourth DLC called “The Chronicles Pack” will allow gamers to play as three different characters in a story parallel with Artyom’s main missions. The three playable characters are Pavel, Anna, and Khan and Ulman as they explore new areas of the Metro.
