Today MMOTM announced the launch of its games portal website with the premier title Call of Gods. The website promises to become the new preeminent destination for on-line gamers to play top level MMO games.
“[MMOTM] is built by gamers for gamers. Only join MMOTM if you want to play the best browser based video games, view helpful gaming videos and guides while making a living for yourself!”
Call of Gods’ blend of simulation, strategy, and role playing (aka. RTS/RPG) were key criteria attracting MMOTM to the title. MMOTM wanted to launch with a game that not only provided access to these three genres, but took them to new heights within the browser based market.
MMOTM has also introduced a community website for new and experienced gamers all designed to enhance the player experience. The community website and forum will act as a central hub and provide gamers with access to tutorials, hints and tips, and video guides. The company also promises to add “exciting and new” revenue generating streams for its MMO games community in the near future.
More information on MMOTM and Call of Gods can be found on the MMOTM website.
*Writers Opinion”
Not to be a skeptic, but I seriously doubt any of us will be able to “make a living” playing videogames. Sure maybe we can score a little extra cash selling the sword of swords on eBay, but we’ll never make enough to pay the electric bill for all the juice it took to find said sword. What’s more, you’ll take the fun out of playing games if you have to play to eat. Keep your day job. Play for fun.
