With the reception of the game so positive, Compulsion Games has released a few new Contrast images. These new pictures show an immense amount of colour and originality that only an indie game can provide. The new and the old images can be viewed on the game website: http://www.contrast-thegame.com/

My experience of indie video games is quite, as they say, non-existent. Okay, maybe not that far, but I haven’t played many. Three. I’ve played three. My indie game experience is only based on Castle Crashers, BattleBlock Theatre and, of course, MineCraft. Having said that, even though the amount of indie games I’ve played is miniscule, I have adored what I have played. From building my fort in MineCraft to listening to Stamper’s hilarious narration in BattleBlock Theatre, the amount of enjoyment I took part in could not be achieved with Call of Duty or Halo. Contrast seems like it will live up to the fun I had while playing the others, and the new pictures have only raised my curiousity in the game. Oh, and Limbo. I’ve played Limbo. That makes four!
