It appears Europe is getting some favourable treatment when it comes to exclusive content, as Namco Bandai’s PS3-exclusive One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 will receive exclusive add-ons for its Day One digital edition.
The Day One pack will contain two new exclusive scenarios, including “Zoro & Sanji” and “Pacifista & Wapol.” It will also offer three prequel costumes for Robin, Sanji and Zoro and two new outfits for Robin inspired by the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series. Players who pre-order on PSN will receive two additional exclusive costumes for Nami from Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series.
Developed by Omega/Tecmo Koei, the action game features new modes, including ‘Pirate’s Log,’ which will allow players to experience a three-way fight between Pirates, the Marines and the Straw Hat Pirates; new adventures based on New World and Skypiea to fight against Eneru.
The first game was released a year earlier on March 1, 2012, to critical acclaim. It was initially developed to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the One Piece manga and anime franchise by Eiichiro Oda, according to its wiki page.
The game is set to release on August 30.
