Plants vs Zombies 2 : New Plants, New Zombies, New Game

Plants vs Zombies 2 : New Plants, New Zombies, New Game

Players have been promised a new chapter in the ongoing war between plants and zombies. Plants vs Zombies 2 is expected to come out in the late spring of 2013 with a host of new experiences for players including new settings and situations. PopCap, a division of EA, has commented that there will be new features for this beloved casual game, but no other details have been made available at this time. Here’s hoping that they reveal the root of this longstanding war between these two factions. Maybe it’s all just a big misunderstanding?

Plants vs Zombies is a tower defense game that allows you to place a variety of plants to hold off an oncoming horde of hungry zombies. For those of you who ache with anticipation over this new game, and will undoubtedly play this game constantly and at inappropriate times (meetings at work, dinner with the family, during religious services, etc.), some creatures who are close to the game offered their official comments:

“Spring is crullest curlie ungood time, and plantz grow dull roots,” noted an unidentified spokesperson. “So, we are meating you for brainz at yore house. No worry to skedule schedlue plan… we’re freee anytime. We’ll find you.”

Yikes. I can overlook a zombie’s poor grasp of the English language, but I still can’t get past the whole brain-eating thing. And they wonder why we prefer the plants.

“There was a time we relished a bracing, hearty blend of zombies, in the morning,” said Sonny F. Lower, a representative of the Flora Forever Foundation. “But first, a brisk shower and some strategic pruning are required. Tomorrow is near!”

These plants can talk! Great, now I have to feel guilty for eating vegetables too.
