Popcap released a trailer for its latest app PVZ Presents: Talking Zombatar. If you couldn’t guess it by the name, PVZ Presents: Talking Zombatar is an app that lets you carry around and dress your own virtual zombie pet. It’s definitely a must have for any zombie fans out there, especially for those ones who have always dreamt about owning and dressing their….own. Yeah.
Anyway! The trailer for the app is quite amusing and will surely earn a few chuckles here and there. The Zombatar is modeled after the popular zombies from Plant vs. Zombies. Zombatar is the first and only zombie that you can dress up and force to dance without running the risk of having your brains eaten or getting infected. Teach him some cool dance moves, dress him up as a clown or a samurai, make him repeat what you say, and even take pictures and shoot videos with your Zombatar. If that wasn’t enough, it’s all free! Popcap will also be adapting the popular Facebook game Solitaire Blitz to smartphone and tablet devices. With five million players and 2.5 billion games played since its launch in March of this year, Solitaire Blitz will be made fully compatible for mobile. Some features will include Facebook leaderboards, mobile leaderboards, and some achievements exclusive to the mobile Solitaire Blitz. Solitaire Blitz will also be free to play.
Both of Popcap’s titles will have additional features available for purchase with in-game currency. In-game currency can be earned simply by playing the game or through micro-transaction.
