Ubisoft have revealed more information about Just Dance 4, the upcoming music game and fourth installment in the hugely successful Just Dance series which hits stores in October.
Just Dance 4 will feature some of the most popular new music with over 40 tracks from a variety of top artists. This includes music from artists such as Rhianna, Flo Rida, One Direction, Nicki Minaj and much more.
The dance off epic will retain previously popular modes such as duet mode and dance mash-up mode. These modes will contain over 45 mash-up choreography routines. The game will also contain a wide range of new enhancements and features to the previous games in the series.
Enhancements to the game include the newly revamped ‘Battle Mode’ which will feature 6 rounds of dance battles in which players will be able to battle against one another. Players will battle to unique choreography routines in order to be crowned the ‘Just Dance 4’ dance battle champion.
The Just Sweat dance mode has also been expanded. Users can now use the hit dance game to get fit with expanded exercise sessions, personalised dance programmes, all new exercise routines and even am in-game calorie counter.
Players will also be able to unlock alternative choreographies for a host of musical tracks. These will include a range of more challenging and outlandish routines for the whole family to enjoy.
The Wii U version of the game will also have exclusive features for the console. Just Dance 4 Wii U will introduce an all new puppet master five player multiplayer mode. This mode will allow the person with the Wii U controller to keep the other players on their toes with a new ability to switch the routines they are following in real time.
Just Dance 4 will also receive extra choreography and playlist creation options via the Wii U tablet controller.
The upcoming Wii U version is to be released in Europe on October 2nd and October 9th in the US, for Kinect, Wii and PS Move. The Wii U release date has not been announced.
