Rebellion announces Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army now available for download
Accompanied with a brand-spanking-new announcement trailer, Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army is the latest addition to the the award-winning Sniper Elite series. The first title in the series to feature a 4-player co-op campaign, PC gamers can download this nightmarish zombie-fest for the paltry price of £9.99/ €10.99/ $14.99 via Steam.
In this stand-alone download, Hitler unleashes his most terrifying weapon as a Hail Mary effort to win WWII: zombies. It is up to Karl Fairburne to fight cooperatively alongside a German officer, a Russian soldier and a scientist to annihilate the demonic legion. Of course, you can choose to go alone in the campaign, but why not spend quality time with friends killing the undead… again?

Rebellion CEO Jason Kingsley commented that releasing Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army as a stand-alone title has been “enormously satisfying”, saying that players unfamiliar with the series are able to jump into co-op gameplay with Sniper Elite fans without owning any of the previous titles.
Up to four players can score zombie head-shots in this co-op thriller.
Fans will be glad to know that the same genre-defining ballistics are utilized in the game. Players must take into account wind, velocity, gravity, and stability to ensure accurate shots. The critically-acclaimed “Kill Cam” (or in this case, the “Unkill Cam”) provides cinematic replays of particularly skilled shots, and players can also get their hands on new weapons to manage close-quarters confrontations, including the shotgun and “boomstick.”
Mix in the addition of harrowing new enemies like Occult Commanders, Super Elites and Nazi suicide squads, and players will experience the Sniper Elite series like never before.
