Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Coming To Digital Download

If you’ve been craving a fighting, brawling, action game Namco Bandai has you covered. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available for download on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U for the holiday season.

For PlayStation 3 owners, you’ll be able to download in just a week. On November 21st, it’ll be available via the PlayStation Store. Which, I should mention, has been revamped to be user friendly and is a bit more cutting edge now.

For future Wii U owners, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available in the Nintendo eShop during the “launch window”. The launch window is when the Wii U launches in November and goes into the end of March 2013. So, you can expect it to come out in that time period. For Xbox 360 users there isn’t a set date either, but it’ll be available in late December on Xbox Live.

Not only that, but this week, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 had an update. The update was to include final time unlocked characters; Unknown, Dr. Boskonovitch and Violet. Additional characters; Kunimitsu, Angel, Ancient Ogre and Michelle Chang will also be unlocked for players who did not receive those characters as pre-order items. All additional characters are free and will be added to the character select screen when players boot up TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 with an online connection.
