If you’re a fan of JRPG’s than you’ll probably be happy to hear that developers IMAGEEPOCH INC has finally announced the European release date for their upcoming time traveling RPG Time and Eternity. The game is scheduled for European release June 28th and sorry Xbox owners but it’s a PS3 exclusive. The game will also be released on European PSN July 3rd.
If anyone knows why they should not be wed then stab one of them now or hold your piece.
One of the things that sets Time and Eternity apart from the competition besides the bizarre plot (more in a sec) are the games impressive CGI graphics. Everything from the backgrounds, the enemies and the character pictures are hand drawn giving the game a really nice to like.
Anyway the games plot has you playing as the princess of Kamza Toki and congratulations it’s your wedding day but since this is a JRPG something has to happen so assassins interrupt your wedding and kills your fiancee Zack. This causes your alter ego Towa to appear. The reason for this is that Toki has dual souls.
Along with having dual souls Toki for some reason can control time so see ventures on a quest to find out who wanted her fiancee dead and to save him while at the same time helping everybody you find because again this is a JRPG. Oh and you’ll probably have to re-watch the assassination attempt a couple of times.

The games combat is done using a real-time battle system a bit like in the Tales of series. During combat Toki is better at long range and Towa is better up close but in keeping with the whole dual soul idea, the change between the two happens whenever they level up although you can use certain items to force the change.
