Union J decide to catch em all with the Union J Pokemon Collaboration
With Pokemon X and Pokemon Y due for a world wide release on October 12th 2013, British band Union J (of the UK show X-Factor 2012 fame) will announce on Friday October 4th the Union J Pokemon collaboration at a press conference to be held at 13:45 p.m GMT.
All 4 members of the band (George, Josh, JJ and Jaymi) have previously declared their enjoyment of previous games in the series via social media sites. This timely collaboration with the Pokemon franchise comes in time not only with the release of the newest additions to the Pokemon family, but with the release of Union J’s debut album.
“When we first heard that Pokémon X and Pokémon Y had been announced, we couldn’t have been more excited and we knew that we wanted to get involved in some way,” says George. “The boys and I are all huge Pokémon fans and we know that the JCats will go crazy when we announce our special news!”
