Meteor Entertainment and Adehesive Games have announced the release of a brand new multiplayer map.
The new map, titled Wreckage, is set on a massive crashed freight cruiser in a swamp on the planet ILALL. The release is the latest installment as part of an initiative from Meteor Entertainment in expanding on HAWKEN’S vast futuristic universe. There is also set to be a seasonal feature with a special winter version of the of the Last Eco map, complete with snow and other festive features to get players in the festive spirit. Christmas themed camos, a snowman repair drone, a candy cane wrapped thruster and chasis art make up the exciting features included in the map.
Darren Quach, Senior Concept Artist said of the update “Our artists and designers worked closely together to ensure that both art and design created the best experience possible for players.”
HAWKEN is a multiplayer combat game developed by Adhesive Games. The game involves intense and exciting battle experiences that capture the feeling of piloting a mech. It involves classic game modes including team deathmatch and various free-for-all modes. Publishers Meteor Entertainment have started an initiative to expand on HAWKENS futuristic universe.
