30-day free trial for Xbox Music starts now

30-days of free music available now on Xbox Music

Today marks the start of Microsoft’s 30-day free trial for Xbox Music, so you can now try their ad-free music streaming service for yourself.

In order to get the 30-day free trial for yourself you will obviously need an Xbox account and you will also need to enter your credit card details before you are allowed to use it.

Microsoft will start charging you straight away, once you have finished your trial, unless you cancel it before your trial finishes. Why they can’t just let you try it before you enter your credit card details is anyone’s guess but if you are already using your credit card to buy games on Xbox Live then this should not be much of a problem.

If you are interested in using Xbox Music once you are finished the 30-day free trial than it will cost you £9.99 a month but do remember that for that cost you can listen to millions of songs without worrying about ads.

Xbox Music is available on the Xbox 360, Windows 8, smartphones, tablets as well as on the PC and Microsoft are thinking of adding it to iOS and Android devices.

So if you have never used Xbox Music than now is a good time to give it a try with the 30-day free trial for Xbox Music but just remember that you’ll need to cancel the service if you don’t want to continue because Microsoft can be like that sometimes.
