Starting March 12, EA Lets Friends Get Their Hands on the Latest DLC Before it Launches on March 26.
EA announced that the latest DLC for their highly anticipated action blockbuster game will be available in demo form on March 12; which is just fourteen days before the DLC’s release on March 26. The demo will be coming to both Xbox LIVE® Marketplace and PlayStation®Network.
If the gripping gameplay of Army of TWO The Devil’s Cartel wasn’t enough for all of you, get prepared for some high-octane action as you hit the ground running in this DLC demo. Players will again step into the roles of private military contractors Alpha and Bravo to take on the worst of the worst baddies out there. Although the new trailer doesn’t explicitly say who the new antagonist is, we are sure to be in for a surprise as EA keeps their secrets close to their chest. Players will have to maneuver through dangerous drug labs to the rooftops as they move through the Cartel’s stronghold fighting back hordes of cartel members.
The demo features a lot of the co-op action we have come to love. Whether it’s unloading our ridiculously large ammo clips down range so our buddy can flank or taking to the sky giving covering fire with a mini-gun, players will enjoy this addition.
Complete with epic explosions, massive destruction and the brand new Overkill feature, gamers will be able to experience the adrenaline and palm sweating action before the game launches on March 26. – EA
For players still interested in the Overkill Edition, Army of TWO The Devil Cartel Overkill Edition is still available to pre-order at participating retailers. Those who reserve their copy of the game will receive exclusive masks, outfits, a highly destructive co-op contract mission and deadly weapons, including the TAH-9. Moreover, if players reserve their copies at GameStop they will receive the Army of TWO The Devil’ Cartel Hit-Maker’s Kit; which will allow players a chance to play as characters portrayed by music megastars Big Boi and B.o.B., along with an additional contract mission and custom gear.
