Bioshock Infinite Gets A Season Pass

Bioshock Infinite Cover Irrational Games  announced that players will be able to purchase a Bioshock Infinite Season Pass for the upcoming game.

Bioshock Infinite’s Season Pass will give players access to three DLC packs that have already begun production. The content is intended to add hours of content to the main game, giving players access to new weapons, abilities and characters, as well as expanding on the existing story of the flying city that is Columbia. This DLC will be available even if you choose not to buy the Season Pass, but you will have to pay around 30% more if you choose to buy the packs separately.

In addition, those who purchase the pass will recieve the Early Bird Special Pack, which gives gamers access to four exclusive items: Two upgrades that increase machine gun and pistol damage respectively, a gold skin for both of the aforementioned weapons and five infusion bottles that give players the ability to increase their HP, shield strength or the amount of Salts they can carry, which in turn influences their ability to use Vigors.

In addition to the Season Pass, Irrational Games will also be offering the Industrial Pack to those who pre-order Bioshock Infinite. This add on gives players three items that boost their combat abilities, and also gives them $500 of in game currency as well as five lockpicks. On top of this, the pack comes with a puzzle game which allows players to unlock stories in Columbia and pledge their allegiance to one of two factions on Bioshock Infinite’s official Facebook site.
