The popular Anime MMO Elsword is hitting UK stores the 17th of July, or today if you’re reading this on the 17th, and adds a new twist on the title of MMO.
Elsword Online is a 2D-side scrolling action role-playing game. Instead of following the typical mold of the classic MMO, the game allows the player to move left and right on the screen.
Players can perform combos as they fight their way through an exciting world of action, magic and adventure. Gamers can team up with their friends or go in alone. The world draws energy from the mythical Eldrit Stone and one day it becomes fractured. This causes shards to be spread all across the land as players join to reunite them and save the land that is Elsword.
Elsword Online is full of creatures and monsters that palyers must destroy as they search for the shards of the Eldrit Stone. The game is fast-paced and focuses on action instead of huge open worlds, like World of Warcraft or Guild Wars 2. Each character in Elsword has unique skills and combos they can perform.
The game has everything that a normal MMO offers including PvP battling. Gamers can jump in an arena and fight alongside with or against other Elsword players.
You can earn numerous gaming assortments like cosmetic items and accessories while you complete the missions and challenges. Of course like any MMO, your character becomes stronger after gaining a new level by collecting experience.
The game features six playable characters and each has a different skill they can use; Elsword, Aisha, Rena, Eve, Chung and Raven.
The side-scroller MMO, manga and anime series now turned game, Elsword Online is available as a free-to-play game and is out now.
