Fifa 13 is the next game in the Fifa series developed by EA Sports.
5 break through gameplay innovations make Fifa 13 new and exciting to play, with new artifical intelligence, dribbling, ball control, physical play, and online and live services. Not forgetting new voice capabilties due to Kinect on the XBox 360!
The new artificial intelligence is called ‘Attacking Intelligence’. The players can now analyze space available to them, and think 2 plays ahead. Will computer players be able to play in the same league as you?
The new dribbling system was inspired by Lionel Messi, and allows players to have true 360 degree mobility around the ball whilst infront of others, making for some engaging play techniques.
The Fifa 13 First Touch Control adds a new depth to the game, eliminating near-perfect touch control of the ball. This makes poor passes harder to control, with defensive pressure, the trajectory, and the velocity all making a difference.
The Player Impact Engine gives defenders more power. They can now use their body, push pulling for position and using size and strength to force other players into poor touches and decisions, before the ball has even arrived.
Tactical Free Kicks allows you to confuse players with dummy runs, more passing options, and unpredictable free kicks.
EA Sports Football Club allows you to win awards, level up and play live challenges based on real football events, making it possible for the game to play just like the real football season at the time.
Earning rewards will allow you to unlock kits, special celebrations, Virtual Pro Attribute Boosts, and Career Mode Super Scout Credits from the new Football Club Catalogue.
You have 100 levels to climb up to, building up popularity as you go.
With Kinect a new level of immersion is possible due to the new voice commands in Fifa 13.
You will be able to control your squad simply by voice, changing tactics, formations, swap substitutions, which makes a welcome change, as usually, you would have to pause the game to activate these features through menu systems.
Be A Pro Mode will also allow for voice commands to control what other players do, for example calling for a pass, send a team mate to run over, or call for a shot to be taken.
Not only will your voice control players though. The referee will also be able to listen in to you and other players, with bad language causing the mood, and so the strictness to change, and the referee may even mention your bad language.
The Career Mode will let storylines develop when emotions get high, and mistakes are made.
