Gamescom 2013 isn’t for another 6 months, but preparations are already underway. The organizers and the board of the trade fair have introduced a novelty for the Gamescom’s most loyal fans: the “Wild Card”. For the first time, ever, private visitors can purchase a strictly limited number of afternoon tickets for the Trade Visitors and Media Day.
These Wild Card tickets are limited and will go on sale next week, from Monday, February 25th until Thursday, February 28th. Unfortunately, there’s a bit of a catch. To be eligible for this offer, you have to subscribed to the Gamescom newsletter.
Everyone that has subscribed to the Gamescom newsletter, from February 17th and anytime before will be eligible. If you aren’t, well, may’be you should register right now, and may’be they’ll have an offer like this next year. But, anyway, If you are already registered, you should be getting a personal invitation, which will have a personalized, exclusive code. What this code does is it grants the holder exclusive one-off access to the Gamescom ticket shop.
