Lego Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles coming May 4th on iOS

Lego Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles coming May 4th on iOS

Yes another Lego Star Wars game is coming to iOS devices come May 4th. The new game which will take place during the Clone Wars is called Lego Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles. As well as iOS devices players can play it on the official Lego website and here’s the best part for players getting it on iOS devices, it’s completely FREE.

As I’ve already mentioned the game will take place during the Clone Wars (three years to be exact) with none of the

Like in everyother real time strategy game all units have a use so no army of only tanks for you

three sides close to winning.  In the plot Yoda is training a new generation of padawans while Darth Sidious is enacting a new plan to tip the war to his favour.

Lego Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles will allow players to either play in the Dark Side storyline as Count Dooku or the Light Side storyline as Yoda. The game will have 15 main story missions and 5 bonus missions. The game will play like the Lego Star Wars the Clone War game with real time laser battles, dungeon crawling, lightsaber duals as well as space combat above the planet Coruscant which is where the game will take place.

Players should now that while the game will have 15 main story missions only half of the missions will be available on release day with the rest being released during the summer when the game will also be released on Android devices.

Hopefully there will be plenty of different enemy types besides drones and this random rancor despite the fact that its in the Clone Wars

Please let there be more enemy types besides drones and rancors otherwise this game could get boring fast

While the game will contain lightsaber duels most of the combat have you controlling your troops and the studs that you’ll obviously be collecting will be used for building more troops as well as more interesting units like tanks, walkers and starships. The controls will apparently use “minimal yet engaging controls” which will it does sound a little too simplistic as long as we’re allowed to rush in with the lightsaber things won’t be so bad.

Players will be able to increase the power of their units by ranking up in the side missions and side missions include the classic kill as many people on screen as possible. Players will be able to transfer there save files between platforms with each one having exclusive missions.

As a quick reminder anyone who’s interested in this game, Lego Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles is coming out May 4th and I suggest that you should pay close attention to the Yoda Chronicles mini-movies and the website itself because there are codes to look out for that will unlock bonus perks, units and content so at least there awarding your perception skills.
