It was originally scheduled to release in June, but got pushed back to July this year.
The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will arrive on the 3rd July with the PC version coming slightly later, on the 17th.

Because of the late arrival, Rockstar Games is discounting the pack during the launch week only.
For the first week, the pack will cost 480 Microsoft Points, or £4.25 on the Playstation Network and PC, and after will cost 640 MS Points on Xbox Live, and £5.49 on PSN, and PC.

If you have purchased the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass, you will of course get this pack for free, and any future packs.
The pass costs 2400 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live or is £19.99 on PSN and PC currently.
