Get your Poké balls ready as Nintendo announces the Pokemon World Tournament for Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.
Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL users will finally be able to put their trainer skills to the test as they battle for supremacy against classic battle trainers and gym leaders such as Lance, Champion of Johto Region and the mighty Volkner, Gym Leader of the Sinnoh Region. Fans of the series will use all they have learnt in their previous adventures to finally vanquish the battle trainers once and for all along with being able to learn all new skills and battle styles for their Pokémon.
Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 will bring players an all new adventure as they embark on a journey to become the famed Poké Master in the Unova Region. Set two years after the events of the original games, players can look forward to meeting old friends, fighting new foes and capturing a selection of all new Pokémon to capture and train.
Battle Format
Trainers from around the globe can enter the World Tournament from the comfort of their very own 3DS through use of a Nintendo Wi-Fi connection. Participating players will receive exclusive data packages that will allow them to put their skills to the test against special real life trainers such as league winners from the 2012 Video Game World Championships.
Battles will include a host of leagues to compete including classic single battles, double battles and triple battles along with the ability to enter all new rotational battles with seasoned trainers and champions.
