Rise Of The Guardians is an Adventure-Combat game based on the film with the same name, from Dreamworks Animation. (film will be released on November 21, 2012) The game is developed by Torus Games and Published by D3 Publisher. The game is expected to be released on November 20, 2012 for North America and November 23, 2012 for Europe. It will be available to play on the Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, Wii, Wii U, and Xbox 360.

Torus Games founded in 1994 is a video game developer based in Bayswater, Australia and is one of the oldest and most consistently stable game development studios in ’’Aussie Land’’, Mainly focussing on creating Family Adventure-Combat/Action games.

Lose yourself and let your imagination take over in Rise of the Guardians, choose to play between the childhood legends such as North (aka Santa Claus), Tooth (aka the Tooth Fairy), Bunnymund (aka the Easter Bunny),
Sandman, (When you wake up and you’ve got Grit or Sleep in your eyes it’s from him, really it is.) and Jack Frost (The personification of Winter)
In this Action-Packed adventure game every Guardian will have there own Upgradeble and Unique set of abilities. Together you will form a team to Defeat the Boogeyman ’’Pitch’’ and his infectious nightmares.

When i didn’t eat my dinner my Dad would send me to my room, later he would come up wearing a Saw Movie Mask and shouted: ’’IM THE BOOGEYMAN!’’ That really infected my Nightmares.

Great game for kids though nothing the less. There is this wicked Co-Operative Drop in Drop out mode, so say you were playing the Guardian North then your Bro could ’’hop in’’ and play the Sandman, (being able to swap at anytime!) supporting up to 4 players at once on consoles.
The game also has a RPG aspect/feel to it as you go through the levels you will unlock New Powers and Fascinating Special Moves, that will increase your character’s strength and
skills throughout the game. Like a snowball attack and summoning a swarm of miniature tooth fairies.

Plus you can create sweet combo’s with your fellow comrades to protect the hopes, beliefs and imaginations of children all over the world! (Because trust me you dont want to know the Boogeyman.)

Explore the Fictional World of Rise of the Guardians places such as Tooth’s Palace, North’s Workshop, Bunnymund’s Warren, and many more.

I will be getting the Wii U and Rise of the Guardians will definitely be my first game for it. The kiddy, casual aspect with that slight touch of RPG draws me to it. Plus i cant wait to try out the Co-op mode with my younger brothers who i barely see. Now i have an excuse.
