
Sniper Elite V2 Brings World War II Stealth Action to Wii U.
505 Games have announced that their hit game Sniper Elite V2 is coming to the Wii U. The game will feature all new controls, and a new level of interactivity using the Wii U GamePad.
In Sniper Elite V2, gamers will be able to enjoy the Sniper Elite experience as they guide American OSS agent Karl Fairburne around historical locations throughout Berlin. Players will also attempt to unravel the mysteries and dangers of the German V-2 rocket program with greater tactical depth and flexibility. Through the use of the GamePad, gamers will be able to tag enemies and booby-traps, track enemy locations and activity, even monitor the blast radius of planted explosives just by glancing at the screen.

Sniper Elite V2 places an emphasis on gamers learning to handle the anticipation and pressure of the hunt and using skill, patience and cunning in order to achieve mission goals. The game features detailed sniping simulation with advanced ballistics, gamers must use their environments and take into account gravity, wind, aim stability and more.
The celebrated “kill cam” from the game makes its return to the series with all new improvement, shots are rewarded with a slow-motion sequence of the bullet running its full trajectory before the target is rendered in graphic x-ray detail. Players will see bullets entering bodies and causing lethal damage.
Sniper Elite V2 was developed by Rebellion and will release on the Nintendo Wii U system in Spring 2013. The game was previously released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC.
