Nordic Games revealed the first in-game trailer for the first chapter of their newest series, The Raven Legacy of a Master Thief. This first installment will be available for download for PC, MAC, and Linux on July 23rd. Check out the trailer and a few screenshots!
The trailer above is narrated by Marco Rosenberg, who is the Executive Producer at King Art. Listen as he gives a brief insight into the kind of adventures that can be experienced in the first chapter, “The Eye of the Sphinx”. Rosenberg notes that the game pays tribute to the classic Agatha Christie crime stories combined with gangster movies from the 60’s and 70’s. “The Eye of the Sphinx” will be the first of three chapters. One of the unique things about the game is that the player will have the opportunity to play as both the thief and the investigator.
This beautifully animated tale features more character animation and camera shots than all of King Art’s previous point and click adventures put together. Journey through thrilling and dense atmospheres as you try to catch the elusive burglar- The Raven. With plenty of twists and turns, players are sure to remain on the edge of their seats.
For those who just cannot wait for the game’s release, there is currently available a free to play game that describes the back story of the bitter rivalry between The Raven and his pursuer detective Legrand. The Raven – Interactive Graphic Novel, the prequel to The Legacy of a Master Thief, is a unique teaser which is available now as a browser based game, on Google Play and for iOS devices for free.
