THRUSTMASTER Xbox One Accessories

The gaming accessory developer THRUSTMASTER has released gaming accessories for the first and second-generation Xbox, and will continue to do so with the third.

Thrustmaster was founded in 1990 and has been producing accessories for PC and Console gaming since around 2000. Before this, the company worked on flight simulation with IBM.

Now, Thrustmaster develops racing wheels, joysticks, controllers and other things for Playstation, Nintendo and Microsoft. Thrustmaster has developed many different high-quality accessories for racing games. These devices have set the bar for other companies and they continue to develop high-grade products.

“Thrustmaster has a proven ability to develop great products for our platform,” explains Branden Powell, Director of Strategic Alliances, Xbox Hardware, at Microsoft. “We are excited to have them as a hardware launch partner.”

Thrustmaster’s more famous products are for mainly PC and PS3, which is odd considering the partnership between them and Xbox. Despite that most of their products aren’t for Xbox, they are still very excited with working with Microsoft and the Xbox.

“We are thrilled to be appointed third-party peripheral partner for the Xbox One,” states Agnès Cornière, Guillemot Corporation’s Worldwide Marketing Director. “We are devoting our resources, creativity and energy to creating remarkable next-generation devices which will allow users to experience a whole new level of unrivalled gameplay.”

Thrustmaster has recently become the preferred accessory manufacturer for Grand Turismo gamers. Logitech has been thrown out the window and the high-quality wheels and shift boxes of Thrustmaster have been thrown in through the same window and landed on a pile of critical acclaim.

Thrustmaster’s racing controllers are not exclusively for racing. The controller can be used with a myriad of video game genres. Just don’t expect to control Jason Brody fluidly with pedals.

The Thrustmaster Xbox One accesories will be something of a masterpiece for gamers who can shell out $600 for a racing wheel and who really need to play Street Fighter with a circular controller, I.E wheel.
