Owners of the Virgin Gaming app on the Xbox 360 can add a new way of winning an Ultimate Gaming Lounge.
The developers have released an update to the console, which allows any gamer that already has it downloaded. to try new ways to win. They include a feature where players can participate in buy-in-tournaments or head-to-head matches using their own money.
Virgin Gaming has awarded Xbox 360 gamers nearly $100,000 in cash prizes and has allowed them to browse, enter, challenge, play and track tournaments for their favourite games directly on Xbox Live.

The Virgin Gaming app has officially launched in United States, Canada and United Kingdom, but the new update adds additional areas, including New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Mexico with titles that include EA SPORTS Madden NFL 13, FIFA 13, NHL 13 and NBA 2K13, as well as FarCry 3.
Developers have also decided to give one lucky member a chance to win The Ultimate Gaming Lounge. This will feature $15,000 worth of prizes including a 55″ Television, a surround sound system and a Foosball table. The winner will be selected before July 9th in Canada, U.S., U.K., Ireland, New Zealand, Austrailia or Mexico.
