Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Coming to Japan Expo, Paris

European gamers will be in for a treat at the Japan Expo 2012 held in Paris. Being a North American native I can only assume that there might be themes based around Anime and Japan culture at the Japan Expo 2012. However, any fans of Naruto will be in for a treat. NARUTO shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is going to be released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, , and a playable demo will be available at the Japan Expo 2012 from now to July 8th.

NARUTO Shippuden: Ultima Ninja Storm 3 will have the largest roster of characters from the TV show and Manga than any other game. Several characters from the Naruto franchise that are fan favorites will be there—either friend or foe. One feature in this installment is a story-mode. In story-mode the player is meant to take on adventures in the village of Konoha, which could lead to exciting boss-fights on a massive scale. SPOILERS: There is even meant to be a confrontation with the gargantuan Nine-Tails spirit!

The demo at Japan Expo 2012 will be playable in 2D, at Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, France. However, when the game is officially released in 2013, this will be the first NARUTO game released on home consoles to offer visuals in glorious 3D for the best immersion possible.

Olivier Comte, Senior VP Marketing, Sales & Publishing at NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe, recognizes that the Naruto franchise is popular with European gamers as well as Japan gamers. “We’re honoured [sic] and very pleased to be debuting the title at Japan Expo today,” said Comte. “Every one of CyberConnect2’s NARUTO titles is fantastic and we can’t wait for fans to see this one.”

The Japan Expo 2012 takes place at July 5th and continues to July 8th. If you can attend the event, then look for booth CE14, Hall 6, which should have a load of playable titles from various NAMCO BANDAI Games library.
