Hunted Cow Studios, announced that it will be increasing the level cap for the closed beta.
Gamers will now be able to travel through the the world of Eldevin and experience hours of new content and story. The game features MMO type combat with over two hundred abilities to choose from. Early reviews of the closed beta have been positive with websites such as MMOAttack.com giving the game a 8/10, and saying, “For a browser game, you don’t get much better.”
Producer for the game, John Stewart, said the following:
We’re very pleased to open up more of the game to our community. We’ve had thousands of players jumping in and enjoying the game and we’re very close to starting our open beta weekends. Over the next two months we’ve got a very busy schedule of updates and we’re going to continue to rolling out improvements during this time. We feel Eldevin is going to be one of the best browser-based games on the market and the development team are all extremely dedicated to making this happen!”
Eldevin is a free to play where players can achieve the maximum level, explore all areas, quests, and crafting events. Gamers will be able to engage in epic stories and fight in the PvP arena, with no limits holding the player back. Players can give feedback to the developers at Hunted Cow on their beta forum page.
In a corrupted world on the brink of war, players can join the Eldevin army, or the mages of the Arcane Council, in the quest to recover artifacts that have brought the kingdoms to war. In the closed beta, gamers can gain the first 35 levels and specialize in the talent trees; Templar, Warrior, Mage, Ranger, Assassin, and Prophet. There are also seven coop dungeons to explore, fourteen professions, and the ‘Trial of Champions.’
Players are charged with the role of protecting the kingdom. The first 35 levels will features a plethora of enemies from the Infernal Empire. Demons, mages, and henchmen will engage in combat across the massive world. The game runs within all major web browsers, and requires no additional downloads or installation. The game will not need high end graphic processors and work on most netbook, laptops running Windows, Linux, and Mac.
